General Conditions of Sale and Provision of Services

  1. These general conditions govern the contractual relations between For Bake Sake, provider of catering and bake sale services, and its clients.

  2. Orders and Reservations

    • Any order or reservation must be confirmed via the site.

    • Order times vary depending on the type of service requested and will be specified when confirming the order.

    • Orders are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, alternative solutions will be offered wherever possible.

  3. Price and Payment

    • Prices for products and services are indicated in Canadian dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

    • Payment must be made according to the terms agreed upon upon confirmation of the order.

    • Any late payment may result in additional charges and suspension of services until payment is made in full.

  4. Cancellation and Modification

    • Cancellations or changes to orders must be communicated in writing within the agreed deadlines.

    • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the costs incurred by the company.

  5. Responsibility

    • For Bake Sake is committed to providing high quality products and services that meet customer expectations.

    • In the event of non-compliance with contractual commitments attributable to For Bake Sake, it undertakes to reimburse the customer according to the agreed terms.

  6. Force Majeure

    • For Bake Sake cannot be held responsible in the event of non-performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government decisions.

  7. Confidentiality

    • The information provided by the client will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

  8. Disputes

    • Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these general conditions will be submitted to the competent court of the place of the head office of For Bake Sake.

By accepting these general conditions, the customer acknowledges having read them and accepted them without reservation.
